WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
Refer to the dimensions for each size provided in the size chart.

IMPORTANT FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS: A number of ladies and gents have reported the product being on the tight side and may have ordered too small a size, so please double check dimensions, and measure carefully. Please do not guess your size!

CHILDREN (and older):
Small - Mostly suited for children.
Medium - Might fit larger children, likely suitable for teens/young adults.
Large - Some teens/young adults.

LADIES:
Small - Can fit petite sizes (but may also be too small).
Medium - Seems to fit approx 50% of women, but can also be too small (please order large if leaning towards the upper end).
Large - A good fit for approx 50% of women.
Extra Large - Likely to be too big, but may fit some.

GENTS:
Small - Likely too small.
Medium - Likely too small, can fit more slightly built men.
Large - Seems to fit approx 50% of men, but can also be too small (please order extra large if leaning towards the upper end).
Extra Large - A good fit for approx 50% of men.

REMINDER - If your measurements are close to the size boundary - PLEASE ORDER ONE SIZE UP.

Tip - a gentle tumble dry cycle will likely reduce the size of the product which may be of benefit if the face mask ordered is slightly too large.

Is there a right way up?
There is. Looking at the image you will see that the lines at the top and the bottom of the mask differ slightly, this is to ensure that your custom face masks contours to your face. The larger arch sits at the bottom.

How many face masks do I get?
These packs are are now available in two or four - choose from the drop-down menu.

Can I order different sizes within a pack?
Unfortunately not at this time. Due to high demand my supplier no longer offers single face masks. Also, it is assumed a pack of 4 (or 2) will encourage more hygienic use of the product - allowing more frequent washing.

Can I wear a cloth face-mask if I use glasses?
YES - Some customers report that their glasses steam up with their breath when wearing a cloth face covering. TIP - Wear the face mask high, so your glasses sit on top of the fabric, you should find the problem is resolved.

Can I return my order?
Due to the personal hygiene nature of the product, your custom face masks are non-returnable. So please take extra care to find your correct size. If the product is defective please get in touch, and I will resolve the problem.

CARE GUIDE

As each printed face mask is handmade to order, the advice is to wash them before use. These masks can be washed at up to 60°C to keep your mask hygienic. The larger pack of 4 allows you to wear a different one each day.

Please avoid tumble drying to ensure the highest long lasting quality - However a gentle tumble dry cycle will likely reduce the size of the product which may be of benefit if the face mask ordered is too large.

How to wear your custom face mask:

Ensure you always wash before use and refrain from touching your face.

When putting on your face mask, hold it over your nose and mouth with clean hands, before pulling the elastic straps over your ears. Adjust it as needed to ensure it completely covers your nose, mouth and chin.

When removing your mask, pull the straps off your ears and lift the mask away from your face, refraining from touching the front of your mask, as it may be contaminated.

Description of the fabric used:

95% polyester 5% elastane

Made from a heavyweight quilted breathable fabric with a wadding layer featuring quilted diamonds.

-

A water absorbent poly-blend quilted jersey fabric, made of a tightly knitted face and backed with a layer of wadding in between. The surface has a permanent stamped design of quilted diamonds, known as a stamped quilt effect. This is a solid fabric, weighing 255gsm, with an opaque quality and some elasticity on the width and the diagonal.

These custom cloth face coverings are NOT medical grade masks (which are recommended by the World Health Organisation (WHO) as an infection preventative measure, i.e. grade FFP2/N95). So please DO NOT purchase these with the false understanding they will prevent infection from coronavirus.
