I print each edition in Arbroath on Hahnemühle Photo Rag Metallic cotton paper, whose reflective surface changes with the light and viewing angle.
Black Onyx
Depth and drama. The darkest field gives the golden manuscript and vivid seals their boldest contrast.
Pewter
Cool and composed. A silvery-grey field balances golden warmth with softer contrast and a calm, open setting.
Pearl
Light and warmth. A pale field gives the manuscript and seals a soft, luminous presence.
