These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services, including those produced or dispatched through approved fulfilment partners: Print Space Studios Limited, Contrado Imaging Ltd, and Glenisla Kilts Ltd.

By accessing or purchasing through this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy , Cookie Policy, and other linked policy documents forming part of our Legal Framework.

3. Our Products and Services

Original artworks and artisan goods, produced and shipped directly from our studio.
Made-to-measure kilts and Highland wear, crafted in Scotland in partnership with Glenisla Kilts, inspected and dispatched by us.
Additional Highland wear and accessories, supplied by trusted Scottish manufacturers acting on our behalf, without receiving customer-specific sizing data.
Fine-art prints and framed editions, fulfilled by Print Space Studios Limited (UK, EU & US production sites).
Print-on-demand products, manufactured and distributed by Contrado Imaging Ltd, London.
Each product listing clearly states the associated fulfilment route and relevant production partner.

4. Contract Formation

A legally binding contract is formed once you receive written confirmation (email or automated order confirmation) from us acknowledging acceptance.

We may refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch where:

The product is unavailable or out of stock.
A pricing, listing, or description error occurs.
Payment is not authorised or is suspected fraudulent.
Fulfilling the order would contravene law or operational constraints.

Your purchase constitutes an offer to buy, accepted only once we issue a dispatch or shipping confirmation.

5. Prices, Taxes & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
For orders outside the UK, VAT will not be applied, but import duties, taxes, or fees in the destination country remain the buyer’s responsibility.
We securely process payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Stripe. We never store your payment card details.
We may revise prices before order acceptance.
Pricing, taxes, or offers may vary due to supplier networks or currency fluctuations.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment will be processed at the time of ordering.

6. Fulfilment & Delivery

We use multiple fulfilment routes for efficiency and sustainability.

a. Studio-Fulfilled Items

Shipped via Royal Mail or DHL depending on destination and value.
Shipping may be invoiced separately or included at checkout.

b. Made-to-Measure Kilts

Custom-made garments are excluded from the 14-day cooling-off period under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg. 28(1)(b)), except where faulty or not as described.
Lead time: typically 8–12 weeks. Orders shipped via insured DHL Worldwide Express with tracking provided.

c. Fine-Art Prints (Print Space Studios Limited)

Print orders are automatically fulfilled through theprintspace to minimise carbon impact.
Prints are produced locally within the nearest lab (UK, EU, US) for efficiency and reduced customs intervention.

d. Print-on-Demand Products (Contrado Imaging Ltd)

Products created to order using sustainable production.
Dispatch typically 1–3 business days, delivery determined by courier region.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

The right to return or cancel varies by product type.

Studio-made stock items: 30-day return window (unused and in original packaging).
Fine-art prints: Replacement or refund if defective, damaged, or misprinted (notify within 7 days).
Contrado print-on-demand: Replaced or refunded only for production errors or damage.
Made-to-measure kilts: Non-returnable once fabric is cut or production begins, unless faulty.

8. Accuracy of Information

We take care to describe items accurately; however, minor variations may occur.

Colours and materials may differ due to screen settings or textile batch variations.
We reserve the right to amend typographical, pricing, or description errors without liability.

9. Intellectual Property

All website material, including text, tartans, imagery, product layouts, and logos, is owned by Steven Patrick Sim unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced, sold, or adapted without express written consent.

10. Acceptable Use

Visitors agree not to:

Use the site for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid for the product(s) in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or injury due to our negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or statutory obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Control)

We are not responsible for any delay or non-performance caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including but not limited to:
weather disruption, courier failure, labour disputes, acts of war, or digital outages.
In such events, we will notify you promptly and seek the fairest possible resolution.

13. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled lawfully in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we aim to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Nothing restricts your statutory consumer rights under Scots or UK law.

These Terms and all contracts are governed exclusively by Scots law, under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Where goods are sold internationally, applicable consumer protections under the governing jurisdiction will also apply where legally required.
