Editorial Note –
Dunmore Castle & Hero Declaration No. 2 of 7
I’m proud and humbled that my final Hero Declaration of Arbroath 3D Facsimile — No. 2 of just seven full-sized editions — will one day find its home at Dunmore Castle, near Tarbert.
Currently, the castle is undergoing a renovation aimed at transforming it into a private residence, a vision shared with me directly by Ninian. While the restoration will take time, the intent is clear — to restore life and purpose to this historic place.
Knowing that one of my most meaningful creations will be part of that evolving story — rooted in Scotland’s past but looking to its future — is a quiet honour I’ll always treasure.
